William McGrath - Chief Executive

Founder William McGrath has 25 years of Board room experience with 3 different companies for each of whom pension funding was an important feature. Balancing effectively the interests of all stakeholders has been a key consideration seen most recently in the successful sale of AGA Rangemaster - where he was CEO - to the large Illinois based business, Middleby Corporation.

​He has a modern history degree from Oxford  University, Qualified as an accountant with KPMG and then worked in corporate finance for Lloyds Merchant Bank and Kleinwort Benson.  His industrial experience is in construction, building products, engineering and cookers and refrigeration for the commercial and domestic market.
