FiduciaryPlus

Introducing Fid+ : What it is and who supports it

Fid+ is a long term (10 year with required breaks) contract to run a DB pension scheme’s money to an agreed, stable, low risk investment target.

Fid+ involves a holistic view of the pension scheme by the asset manager.  High quality scheme membership data and accurately derived cash payment data supports LDI, interest and inflation rate hedging and cash flow matching.

Fid+ providers actively look at longevity risk management.

Fid+ can link to reactivation on a (Collective) Defined Contribution basis.

Fid+
brings an update to the scheme’s Trust Deed and Rules to allocate surplus cash generated.  Potential for trustees to ask for more for members and sponsors to improve current pension provision.

Fid+ retains the trust structure.  Savers do not lose direct input into who provides their pension and where the money is invested.  This helps ensure the highest Environmental, Social and Governance standards are always maintained.

Fid+ is supported by the leading fiduciary managers, global reinsurers and longevity experts.
